Description
Operation: Crickett is built for young shooters aged 7 to 12 and puts safety first at every step. It uses low-recoil .22LR firearms, a .22LR semi-automatic rifle and a .22LR handgun, with a junior range pass, dedicated one-on-one instruction and supervision, all safety equipment, and a custom action video of the experience.
The .22LR caliber is the gentlest option on the range. It has very little recoil and a mild report, which makes it the right choice for a child's first time shooting. Each young shooter gets 25 rounds through the rifle and 25 through the handgun, with a range officer beside them the entire time, guiding hand placement, stance, and trigger control.
Parents are part of the experience. A parent or legal guardian must be present and will sign the waiver, and many families book it together so a parent can watch from close by. No experience is needed, and everything is provided. It is a controlled, encouraging introduction designed to make a young shooter's first range visit positive and memorable.
